I have been reading all about the new developments in Port Alfred, and an interested in obtaining more information on the various shopping complexes/developments going on in the area as I am in the process of relocating and would like to open a Coffee/Art/Design home-industry type shop. Please would you be so kind as to give me some information on who could be contacted to discuss shop space in some of the new complexes.

Another convenience centre is scheduled to go up also on the PE side of town. This one is being done by Rand Merchant Bank. That won't be as expensive and it's going to be right on the edge of where lots of new homes are going up.
There are also new centre planned for the EL side of town catering to the township residents. 5 000 homes are going up there.

Port Alfred is a lovely place to relocate to - and today it is sunny and warm and just stunning.
